Services Tailored to Suit Your Needs
During our initial consultation we'll work together to determine what level of engagement is appropriate for you. The depth and breadth of my experience can help you get the most out of our relationship. You may feel you need me to be on-site quickly for example, but in some cases it may be prudent to hold-off. By understanding some basics about your operation, holding off on a visit, until some root-cause issues are corrected, will make an on-site visit more productive and your follow-up action plan more meaningful. The only way to know for sure what level of engagement is right for you is to call or email me so we can schedule an initial, no cost, consultation.
Helping You Make Sense of it All
Consulting by the Hour
If you don’t have the need for an on-site visit to help diagnose and resolve productivity and other operational issues, the best program for you may be to engage with me on an hourly basis. This approach may be appropriate if you want to be able to ask questions, get advice, review action plans, etc., or if you want a leader to have access to a mentor. This option is a cost-effective method for us to work together, without having to commit to a minimum number of billable hours.
Short-Term Consulting
On-site visits are available. This approach is desirable for operators that need an action plan developed, but don’t feel they need follow-up assistance to help them implement the recommendations as a result of the visit.
Comprehensive Consulting
Following our initial consultation call, if it’s determined that an on-site visit and longer-term engagement are desirable, a program that involves pre-visit consulting, an on-site visit and post visit consulting is available. This option is desirable for situations where an on-site visit is wanted, but based on conditions in your operation we've determined that you and your team are not ready. During the pre-visit consulting we work together and develop a plan to get you prepared to more fully benefit from an on-site visit. Following an on-site visit, we'll work together to help you stay on track with the recommendations.
